Occupancy is based on twin share as a minimum and single supplement is charged at 50% in addition to the stated tariff (Standard room only).
Family tariffs are based on 2 adults and 2 children (6-14 years) sharing Family room.
Children 0-2 years: $15 per night (includes use of cot, highchair and meals), children 3-5 years: $50 per night (includes meals)
No minimum night stay applies
Snowsports Guarantee
 All payments proved to be received (less booking fee of 15%) will be refunded, if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek. This is applicable every day during the declared Victorian snow season.

Booking Terms & Conditions
A 30% deposit is required within fourteen days of confirmation of reservation. Balance is due thirty days prior arrival. Bookings made with less than thirty days prior arrival require full payment with seven days of confirmation. Cancellations made thirty days prior arrival receive a full refund less $60 or 10% per person booking fee. Less than thirty days there is no refund unless the room is rebooked. Refunds are at the discretion of management.
